Le Santuaire: Luxury villa with heated swimming pool and many more amenities!!

Le Sanctuaire is a townhouse consisting of three floors covering 400 m2 fully equipped with all mod-cons. There is free WiFi throughout the property including the extensive terrace area. There is ample parking in the front. Each floor has a bathroom and toilet. There is sufficient bedding for 15 people plus 2 cots for small children.

There is air-conditioning throughout the property.

At the rear of Le Sanctuaire is the spacious area (900 m2) which has a large terrace, landscaped garden, BBQ, heated swimming pool (11 x 4.5), private sunbathing area, Hot-tub , Sauna, and showers plus toilet.

The Orchid (top floor) has three bedrooms which sleeps 8 people. There is an option for an additional single bed in one of the bedrooms.

The Jasmin (middle floor) has two bedrooms with double beds. On this floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a beautiful 30m2 balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher,oven, four ring hob, kettle, coffee maker. The living area is equipped with Satellite TV and internet connection

The Tulip (left side of ground floor) has one bedroom with double bed with a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, four ring hob, kettle, coffee maker. The living/dining area is spacious 60m2 and has Satellite TV and internet connections.

The Chestnut lounge (right side of ground floor) is a beautifully decorated chill area. Here you will find a pool table, games console, a sound system and several board games and books.

Leading off the lounge is the gym area with exercise equipment. The gym is also accessible via the garden.

There is a separate laundry room with free washing machines. You can also find bicycles and other sports equipment here.

Located at the heart of the regional national park Perigord Vert there are all the pleasure and relaxation activities you would expect in the Dordogne. At the local lake there is a beach and water sports activities in the summer period. The locality is well severed with bars and restaurants for those days nobody wants to cook or when you just fancy something different.

Sightseeing trips range from Prehistoric caves to the trail of Richard Lionheart or just simply canoeing down the river (or rapids). With well established gastronomic cuisine, beautiful scenery, the wildlife activities and the relaxing garden, there is something for everyone at Le Sanctuaire
