This stylish 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home in the Humble/Atascocita area is perfectly located just 11 minutes from IAH (Airport) and just a little over 20 minutes from Downtown Houston. Only a 5 minute drive from Interstate 69 for easy access to a multitude of nearby north/east Houston areas. Has quick access to a variety of restaurants and multiple well-maintained parks.
Comfortably sleeps 7 with a King sized bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen sized bed in both of the side Bedrooms, and a large L-shaped Couch in the Living room. Additional Queen Size Air Mattress can be provided upon request (must give 24 hour notice before arrival)
Pets welcome with an additional rate of $40/trip but additional charges may incur if pets causes damage to property.
Discounted rates for stays longer than 1 week.
Notice: Use Exercise Equipment in the Garage at your own risk!
