Located within walking distance to the University of Notre Dame, Eddy Street Commons, Downtown South Bend, and just feet from the entrance to the East Bank Trail, it provides the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. This home has been renovated with a new fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with luxury finishes. Brand new luxury furniture, bedding, linens, décor, and amenities are throughout. A home away from home for families or groups traveling to South Bend to visit Notre Dame or other local events. Laundry is on the second level for convenience. Nearly all rooms have picturesque views of the seeping river and bridge and loads of natural light. The home has a two-car detached garage and parking for 3 additional cars in the driveway. There is a furnished deck off the rear of the home to enjoy the river and park in any season with stunning sunsets.

This place resets the bar
We have even renting houses around the ND campus area for the last 4 years and this has by far been our favorite house yet. The location, on the banks of the St Joe River, is absolutely beautiful. The owners of the property have renovated this house as if they would actually be living in it, instead of a quick bare minimum renovation. This owner has added plenty of quality touches like the commercial grade stove throughout the house.
The place was super clean and would recommend to anyone visiting the South Bend area for any reason.

ND football weekend
Very well decorated property, kitchen was complete and beds very comfortable. Beautiful view of the bridge from the deck.
We had a small problem with the upstairs bathroom door being locked when we arrived. The property manager sent someone over promptly to help. If we had a small allen wrench available on property we could have handled it ourselves.
Here are a few minor recommendations.
I would have liked to have facial tissues available and more bathroom tissue available too. I would have also appreciated notice that there would not be any wash cloths available so that I could have brought my own.
It would also be nice to have luggage stands in the bedrooms to raise the suitcases off the floor.
