This lovely home is a pleasant retreat from hustle and bustle. The walk-ability factor is great! Takes 5-10 minutes to walk to most downtown venues. This home is clean, stocked, and ready for guests.

I generally default to rating properties 10 of 10. No property is perfect.This property listing is misleading. This "Charming 2-bedroom house" is a duplex. The listing implies you are renting a house. You get the first floor and basement. It's a lovely old bungalow, so you can hear the second floor tenant and the tenant's dog. The tenant isn't loud -- the structure of the duplex amplifies everything the tenant does. AND, the tenant can hear YOU. Details like this must be listed so guests can make an informed decision.There are many positives about this duplex unit: The location, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the quaint downtown.

Fall in Plymouth

I enjoyed my stay in Plymouth. Very convenient to the family and friends I wished to visit. Great restaurants in the area and be sure to enjoy Kellog park!

We loved our stay here! Exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen for our needs. It’s just a short walk to charming downtown Plymouth to take in restaurants, great markets, and the park. The neighborhood is lovely…quiet and homey. We were so happy to have found this! Communication with Bryon was great!It was just perfect!

Such a wonderful vintage house

We had a wonderful time staying at this sweet cottage. For us, the location was close to family, downtown Plymouth, and the exceptional fresh cider. We will be back!

It was perfect place for us. House is clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect location. We had a problem with the hot water heater and messaged Byron about it. He answered within a minute and helped us. Just needed to turn the temp on it up so easy fix. Was a wonderful experience and will stay there again.

Plymouth - Wedding

Our group staying on the property was 4 college buddies in town for the wedding of two friends from school. The property was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The host, Bryon, was extremely communicative and made the entire process easy! Highly recommend working with the host, as it was a first-class experience.

Very clean and practical….could use a bit of personality and a few pieces of furniture but if you’re looking for a very clean, no frills, quick and easy stay….this is your place! We had no complaints.

No disclosure that there was permanent tenant in residence prior to payment, or that washer & dryer were in the basement or that it was necessary to go to the City of Plymouth website to obtain an overnight parking permit. No nightstands in the bedrooms. Food in the refrigerator, freezer and cupboards.

A very clean home in an amazing location. Bryon is great with communication and very accommodating. I do want to note that the home is a split level, which is something to consider. We try to rent homes so we don’t inconvenience anyone with a toddler and didn’t know that from the listing. The upper floor tenant was very quiet during our visit. It is a great home base location and just a short walk to downtown Plymouth and Old Village while not being too close to the train tracks. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit local friends and family.
