Family friendly home in quiet neighborhood with open concept allowing room for all to play games and visit. Excellent amenities as home was a plus with three bathrooms and four bedrooms. Large backyard and garage to park car. Host response very timely.

Great place for a weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well furnished and far exceeded our needs. We especially enjoyed the large covered back porch. We had family that live in the area over and spent the entire night playing games and visiting. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. This house left us wanting for nothing. Will definitely keep in mind for future visits.

Nice home, needs some TLC

Owner was great with communication. Very nice home, many small details that make a huge difference in your rental. It was not clean. Food in refrigerator & freezer. We purchased mop and cleaning supplies to clean before we brought our luggage inside. These issues are easily fixed. I would not stay there again. But it is a very nice home, just needs some TLC.

Hey Vanessa, thanks for your feedback. I apologize for things not being perfect. We are working with our cleaner to make sure the fridge is always emptied & cleaned. The cleaner did miss a few things in the freezer & the fridge wasn’t spotless like you showed me the but floors surfaces and sheets are always cleaned. There is also a nice spray mop and every cleaning supply you could need in the home so even though I would have preferred it be spotless just like you I wished you would have asked where the cleaning supplies were so you could have used them. I will make sure this feedback is taken to heart and acted on. Hope you enjoyed the stay with your family.

The home was nice and spacious. We had more than enough room and space to spread out a bit. Our dog LOVED the backyard and the cat next door! Dallas was very responsive to questions we had. Would stay again if needed that large of space.. Thank you Dallas for opening your home to us!

Originally from Phoenix, AZ I decided to start hosting after having spent many trips in AR as a guest, renting smaller 2 bedroom properties for almost the same price. I love helping people travel for a reasonable price & get to enjoy the comforts of a cozy home with everything you need to enjoy family visits, work trips & everything in between.

Why they chose this property

Our community is a very established neighborhood full of majority homeowners & only two entrances keep things very safe & quiet. This was one of the places to be for successful business people in the 60’s & 70’s. Nowadays most neighbors have kept up with the properties & established a nice calm place to call home. I was happy to buy one of the less kept up properties on a corner lot & give it a little facelift. (I hope you like the Custom Mailbox I repainted) Having personally remodeled the majority of the property, I have spent a great amount of time and care to make things nice & cozy. It’s not perfect (as was the goal) but it’s spacious and updated to the point of comfort with a modern yet rustic appeal. I hope you enjoy!
