Thank you for staying with us and sharing such a wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the easy access to Branson and Table Rock Lake, along with the peaceful setting. Watching the wildlife around the pond from the back porch sounds like a lovely way to start each morning. It’s great to hear the condo was comfortable, convenient, and that you enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another relaxing stay!

Thank you for staying with us! We’re so glad the condo was a comfortable fit for you, your husband, and your parents. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the spacious layout, cozy décor, and comfortable beds. We also love that you appreciated being a little outside the hustle and bustle and had a chance to explore Hollister for dinner. Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I’m so glad you enjoyed the home, found it clean, and appreciated the location. I’m happy to hear the place was a great fit for your trip. I also appreciate you mentioning the building numbers. I completely understand how challenging it can be to locate a unit after dark when signage isn’t as visible as it could be. While we may not have control over all exterior signage, your feedback is helpful, and we’ll look into ways to make arrival instructions clearer for guests who are checking in at night. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back on a future visit to Branson.

Thanks for staying with us in Branson! We appreciate you sharing your thoughts so I could make things right. We are so sorry about those missing window slats in the front bedroom. That meant you couldn't run the air conditioner properly, and waking up hot at 4:00 AM is definitely not the experience we wanted for you. Our maintenance team are notified for future stays. If your travel plans ever bring you back to our neck of the woods, please drop us a note. We'd love the chance to give you a much better stay next time!

Thank you! We look forward to welcoming you back

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad you appreciated the great communication with our team and found the property okay. We apologize for the 'janky' issues you encountered, such as the doors, outlet plate, blanket basket, lack of heat in the front bedroom, and the loose trim. We understand these issues impacted your stay, and we will address them promptly. We're pleased you found the board games, crayons, pack and play, and air mattress useful. We regret the shortage of paper towels and lack of a cookie sheet. We will ensure better stocking of essential items in the future. We appreciate your candid assessment and understand that while you found it decent, there were areas for improvement. We hope you still enjoyed your time overall, and we thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
