We do not set parental locks on our TVs, as these are typically set accidentally or intentionally by previous guests. When our team was notified during your stay, we apologize if there was any delay or difficulty in resolving it right away. We have since completely reset the TV settings to ensure this isn't an issue for future guests. We also appreciate your notes regarding mattress comfort and pool capacity, as guest feedback helps us continuously evaluate areas for improvement.
