The Space:

Just 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City, these chic and charming cabins put you within minutes of thrilling rides and unique entertainment while offering a full immersion into nature's serenity when you return home. You’ll find yourself able to completely unplug from the outside world while jumping back into excitement at a pace that suits your vacation style best.



The cabin interiors are cozy yet spacious and designed for your ultimate relaxation, featuring an abundance of natural light and comfortable living room sofas. Foldable café tables with 2 chairs apiece can host a friendly game of cards and are also suitable for enjoying any meal you choose to prepare at home. The kitchens are fully equipped with all standard appliances and dual single-cup and drip coffee makers. You won’t find a TV in these cabins, however, don’t let that deter you. After all, you might just welcome a break from all the noise! Onsite Wi-Fi is still available should you need to stay connected and in touch.



Back outdoors, spend your mornings in the fresh Ozark air on either front porch, gently swaying back and forth in the soothing rocking chairs.



Combined, these cabins comfortably sleep 8 guests between a loft bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in each. The bedrooms offer spacious king size beds with fresh linens and soft blankets. The cabin’s modern bathrooms are equipped with single vanities and walk-in showers.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in each home.

- Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles.

- An outdoor camera is located at the entrance of the driveway.

- There is no window shades in the unit.

- Due to the location Wi-Fi is not reliable and not guaranteed.

- Access to the property is by gravel road only. During winter, ice and snow four-wheel-drive is highly recommended.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

The Tree Farm is a brand-new Branson cabin property in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the action at nearby Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and Downtown Branson. With tons to explore nearby, this property is a quiet escape from the nature of the Ozarks with many onsite amenities, including an outdoor firepit and gas grill. Make the most of your close proximity to Table Rock Lake with nearby boat launches, boat rentals, fishing tackle, and professional guide services. On water and on land, you’re surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in the Ozarks.



To share some history about this area, in the 1970’s the owner’s grandfather started a small non-profit to help off-set the rapid development of the Branson area by planting native tree species throughout the property. He planted over 800,000 trees during his time and gave them away for free! Many of the White Pine, Red Bud, and Silver Maples you see around Branson were planted by Grandpa Jack. The Tree Farm, as it was known, was located overlooking beautiful Bull Creek where the owner spent countless hours as a kid swimming, exploring, and learning to love the outdoors. In 2018, they purchased the property up the hill from the Tree Farm that had held so many memories from their childhood, with plans to restore and preserve the natural beauty of the property to be shared with friends and family for years to come. Their hope is that anyone who comes to visit will find a place to rest, reconnect, and explore the beauty of the Ozarks.



This enviable location also puts you just 10 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.
