We love hosting our private studio in the College Park neighborhood of Orlando, so that travelers like you can have a comfy and quiet place to stay while you enjoy what the city of Orlando has to offer! Far and close enough from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Orlando and the theme parks, we hope you enjoy your stay!
Why they chose this property
College Park is a charming, historic borough of the vibrant Downtown Orlando scene. The neighborhood is known for its 20th-century cottages, small-town community feel, and its' many parks and lakes. Lake Ivanhoe is popular for paddle-boarding, waterskiing, wakeboarding and it’s views of the downtown skyline at sunset. College Park is home to Dubsdread Golf Course, a historic sport and dining event venue dating back to the 1920s. Enjoy diverse dining options, pubs, hip boutiques and vintage stores along main street, Edgewater Drive. Within 5 miles are the other historic districts for guests to explore: Ivanhoe, Mills-50, East-End, Milk District and Downtown Orlando.
