Charming 2-bedroom Townhome Near UT Campus/Rosedale
In Austin's vibrant Rosedale area, this renovated 2BR townhome offers a cozy retreat for up to 6 guests, and has 6 eateries and bars within walking distance. With King and Queen bedrooms, a twin memory foam rollaway bed, and a convertible living room couch, it ensures a comfortable stay. Your pet is welcome.
The townhome's 2 bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. The rollaway bed is also upstairs. The kitchen, living room, and breakfast table are downstairs, with a half bath and the convertible couch. A serene outdoor patio is located off the living room. We have a number of board games available for fun.
Due to shared walls, it's not suitable for large or loud parties.
Located just 3.5 mi. from UT and 5 mi. from downtown, making it perfect for a tranquil getaway yet with the city within easy reach. Our most common review comment is how centrally located it is to everything in Austin.
Guests have access to the entire space, except for one closet with supplies.
