Accommodating up to 12 people, the Bastide is a luxury provençal stoned-built house of 350 m2 (3767,37 sq feet) situated in Aix-en-Provence in the very sought-after neighborhood of Puyricard. It is at 12 minutes by car (9 Km) from the historical center of Aix-en-Provence. The elegant Bastide combines the sophistication of the nineteenth century and the contemporary style in order to offer our guests a moment of real relaxation in the 1.4-hectare park (3,5 acres)… From our lavender field, you can admire the mountain of Sainte Victoire, so dear to the painter Paul Cézanne.

Arriving at the Bastide you will be warmly welcomed by the owners, who will meet all your needs.

Facing the south, with large windows opening to the east and west, the rooms in La Bastide de Damien invite in the magical Provencal sun, giving a feeling of joy and well-being to each moment of the day. All the house is equipped with air conditioning.

A modern and fully equipped kitchen ready to welcome even the best chefs, will help you to create wonderful meals with local products ... yes indeed, you are in Provence! It’s spacious enough to share special moments in the kitchen with your family or friends.

On the ground floor, there are also a play room (American billiards, table football), a large living room of 84 square meters (882 square feet), a dining room (expandable table 12 persons) and 3 ensuite bedrooms with 2 jacuzzi, 3 showers and 3 private WC.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and separate toilets. Two are Luxury suites of 430.556 square feet with its Jacuzzi and shower.

It features a sumptuous bathroom with a shower whose immense glass wall lets in abundant natural light. To top it all off, a Jacuzzi offers an unparalleled relaxation experience.

To maximize privacy, the 6 bedrooms are spread out on different floors and areas of the house.

Outside, a beautiful, shady terrace looks out into a spacious garden where you can play ping-pong and children are free to run about or do somersaults on the grass without bothering anyone relaxing on the lounge chairs by the large swimming pool (which is heated in mid-season).
