This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It has a big fenced in back yard for the dogs. I enjoyed my stay.

Plenty of sleeping space. The beds were OK but bring your own pillows. Minimal seating in the living room. We had to bring chairs in from the porch so everyone had a place to sit. Check in instructions weren’t communicated until 45 minutes prior to check in and the contact number for the host sends you to a call center n the Philippines. Cleanliness was ok but found dirty, grease-filled broiler pan in the oven. Very minimal amenities. Check out process was very easy. OK stay for the price.

Always be prepared

When arriving I tried to enter the home over and over and could not gain access with the information provided. I couldn’t get in touch with the host for a good 2/3 hrs. So got stuck outside for a while. Had to get dressed for my event on back porch. Although I had a poor experience with access to the home,

This is a nicely maintained older home in a quiet neighborhood that's located in the best central location to local eateries, shopping, highways, and a short distance from the CVNP, which was our destination for a weekend wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and had a small coffee bar that was really appreciated first thing in the morning.
