Just Enough

I spent about a month here for my birthday amongst other things, and for it being my first time in Brazil I was pleased with the stay. The location is great with outings, supermarkets, restaurants, and culture close enough by. The pool included is a great feature and the restaurant and gym on premises can carry you through your stay. I was expecting it to be a little cleaner but coming from America I completely understand the standards are different and I quickly and easily adjusted. Shower is hot. Bed is a great size and the desk is great for office use. Refrigerator and microwave is always nice to have as well. Overall it suited my needs and I'm grateful to be able to use everything that was there. P.S. for those who only speak English definitely have a translator with you majority do not speak any English.

Experiência incrível

Um ótimo prédio, equipado com tudo necessário para uma excelente estadia. Condomínio conta com boas opções de estabelecimentos e está localizado próximo a ótimos pontos da região, o que garante também uma fácil locomoção. Não posso deixar de agradecer ao Luiz por essa estadia e também por toda agilidade e flexibilidade apresentada por ele. Com certeza espero retornar mais vezes!

Excelente experiência

O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso e solícito durante todos os momentos. O imóvel é muito bem localizado (perfeito para ir ao Rock in Rio - está a 10 minutos de caminhada); além de estar próximo de diversas facilidades - supermercado, lanchonetes, restaurantes, farmácia. O flat estava limpo, é confortável e fiel às fotos; os funcionários do condomínio também foram eficientes e educados. Recomendo seguramente a estadia!

Acolhimento excepcional, proprietário muito prestativo e disposto a apoiar no que for preciso. Localização excelente, próximo a tudo, com fácil acesso a praia da Barra. Imóvel bem aconchegante, apropriado tanto para trabalho quanto para lazer. Com certeza voltarei na próxima oportunidade.

Excelentes acomodações!

Um ótimo lugar para se estar hospedado. Exatamente como nas fotos, quarto limpo e bem cuidado e além de tudo, sempre se pode contar com o proprietário no caso de precisar de ajuda para qualquer coisa. Se preferir se locomover com transporte público há estações de BRT próximas e deslocamento fácil para shoppings, praia e para o parque que fica no fim da rua.
