Located in Seguin, this modern & updated mobile home/guest house offers one large bedroom, a dining room and a spacious living room with a futon/sofa bed for an extra guest. With A/C, WiFi, and heating, guests can relax and unwind in this wonderful retreat. Make your next trip to Seguin one for the books with a stay at our place! We are conveniently located just south of downtown Seguin, convenient to the Guadalupe County Coliseum, Texas Lutheran University and easy access to I-10. An oasis for animal lovers, there are cattle, horses, goats and chickens on the property. We are happy to arrange a "meet & greet" with the animals during your stay!
