We are from Pennsylvania and have always enjoyed our trips to State College. As Penn State alumni, we would come visit frequently to Happy Valley and relive the old times. We wanted to share this experience with others which is why we purchased this property. It is designed just for travelers visiting the area and experiencing everything Happy Valley has to offer! We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
Why they chose this property
We have a location that is perfect for travelers! Our property is next door to the airport and within a quick drive from commercial shopping, downtown state college, rural scenery, hiking/ fishing and the University. We hope all guests enjoy their stay with us no matter what brings them to the area!
What makes this property unique
Our property is exclusively for vacation renting in a market where many of the homes are permanently occupied. Staying in someone else's home can be uncomfortable and awkward. We want our guests to feel like this is their home away from home!
