House situated 5 blocks walking from beach, 2 minute drive to State park, and 5 mins to beach access road to drive directly on beach. House includes, hot tub, desk and strong wifi, laundry, game/puzzle closet, garage game area, beach toys, and laundry.

3 bedroom, single story home. Fenced in yard backing on to greenbelt. Large kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, spices, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, and place settings for 8-10. Large kitchen table, as well as couch for socializing and relaxing.

No pets allowed. 8 person max. Security camera on property at front door.
