You will enjoy a 1,400 sqft downstairs apartment with private keyless entrance and patio, located near campus in Southeast Hills residential neighborhood with free parking and sunset views looking out at the urban forest.

Quiet and allergy-safe (smoke-free, fragrance-free and pet-free)

Totally renovated space features comfy new beds, and blackout curtains.

Full kitchen:
- Stocked with the essentials (cooking equipment, dishes, utensils, spices)
- Coffee maker and water boiler with coffee and tea included

Great room:
- 65-inch Smart TV, couch with chaise, power glider recliners, desk, and space to spread out

2 Bedrooms plus pullout sleeper in the living room:
- Large primary bedroom features walk-in closet that can double as an infant sleeping space
- Second bedroom opens into sunroom with bistro table and chairs

Children are welcome:
- Please contact the host about sleeping arrangements and fees if the total number of guests will exceed five

Beautiful and stunning!

What a gem! The photos don’t do it justice. The views are amazing and the sunset at night is so beautiful. Easy to check in and out. Remodel was done with high quality finishes and kitchen had anything you would need for a meal. The king bed is so comfortable and I love that they are cotton sheets. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. We even saw a wild turkey roaming the neighborhood while we were driving around.

Why they chose this property

We are living the dream: close to the UO, the historic Eugene Masonic Cemetery, Laurelwood Golf Course, Amazon Park, the beautiful new YMCA, and the legendary Sundance Natural Foods co-op. We can walk to great bakeries, coffee spots, and restaurants. Running and biking trails abound.

What makes this property unique

Our leafy residential street is near enough to campus that many neighbors who work there commute on foot or bike, but far enough away to be serene and quiet. We enjoy an amazing view spanning from Spencer's Butte to Mary's Peak, but we also have a huge, level backyard. Jog about 10 blocks and you're at Amazon Park. Or, if you go in three blocks in the opposite direction, you'll be on the walking path in Laurelwood public golf course.
