MASTER BEDROOM

This room features two sets of twin bunk beds, flat screen television, plus an ensuite bathroom, with a stand-up shower. This room also has a fully functional sauna.

BEDROOM 8

This room is also located in the casita but does have its own entrance and features a Queen Bed, with a flat screen television.

THEATRE ROOM (BEDROOM 9)

This room is located past the garage and features an immersive theater experience with ultimate privacy. This room also has a queen bed and can be an optional 9th room.

Annual Family Vacation

This beautiful vacation rental exceeded our expectations! The home was even better than the photos. It was clean, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. We had so much fun and couldn't have asked for a better stay. We are planning to rent this private villa again next year.

Great vacation home

I booked this property for my bachelor trip with 14 of my friends. One of my main goals of the house was for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. This home was that and more. Everyone had their own bed and space. The pool, living room, hot tub, putting green, etc all provided great entertainment. I would recommend this place to anyone. Hosts were easy to communicate with and helped me whenever I had questions.

Beautiful Home, But Serious Maintenance & Communication Issues

Gorgeous house & pool, but during our stay a lot was broken: both refrigerators, all ice makers, multiple stove burners, the griddle, oven, range hood, espresso machine, and main outdoor grill. I brought all of this to the host’s attention a few hours after arriving through VRBO's messaging but we received no reply. In the morning, we found a direct text number and messaged again. Eventually we received a reply that maintenance would be dispatched. The maintenance guy was very nice but admitted these issues were known by the owner, but he had not been willing to fix them in the past. Nothing was repaired for the remainder of our stay and there was no follow-up by the host. The hvac thermostats were also locked down and never cooled properly. For the price, renters should expect a fully working kitchen, reliable AC, and honest disclosure before arrival of known issues, none of which we received. I've messaged the host after departure and still have not received a reply. I have elevated this to VRBO's customer service to help. If you book this home, I'd advise contacting the host and asking if the appliances are all working (in writing).

Upon receiving your message about the refrigerators and HVAC, we immediately apologized and dispatched our maintenance professional within a few hours. He was on-site to assess and address the problems you raised. We are sorry to hear that a permanent fix couldn't be achieved during your stay and that our follow-up communication fell short; we are reviewing our processes to ensure better responsiveness. For the benefit of future guests, we feel it's important to clarify a few points for accuracy. The outdoor grill and its specific instructions, as well as the note about one of the six stove knobs, are detailed in the house manual to set clear expectations. Furthermore, our check-out inspection confirmed the espresso machine was in full working order. We take maintenance seriously and are actively addressing the appliances mentioned. We have been in contact with VRBO to resolve this matter and remain committed to providing a wonderful and fully-functional experience for all our guests.
