THE INDOORS
With 7 bedrooms and 12 beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone. This unique luxury Scottsdale vacation home is a split-level with four stories. On the main level, you’ll find the main living/tv room, kitchen, and dining room that open up to the gorgeous resort-style backyard. The kitchen features a large island just perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the spacious entertainment area with friends on the comfortable oversized sofa. If you need to get some work done, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the workstation while still being a part of the action. There is one primary suite outfitted with a king bed and attached bathroom. One additional bedroom has a king bed and the remaining 5 bedrooms are equipped with 2 full beds in each. There is ample room for everyone! The bonus is the basement game room that offers hours of entertainment. This home is perfect for bachelor and bachelorette party groups!!

Every single room has a smart tv with apps that include Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu (Live Sports and TV), HBO Max, and several other apps. You can wirelessly connect via airplay or connect via one of the available HDMI connections. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-in-1 Cuisinart coffee maker (ground coffee or k-cup pods), a 4-zone gas stove top with a double oven and a heating drawer. The outdoors includes a 9-zone BBQ grill with two side burners and a rotisserie cooker.


THE OUTDOORS

*We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.

*The pool company visits the property on Tuesdays / Thursday's between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. The landscapers may arrive at the property on Monday / Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

*Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that outdoor staff arrives at 10:30 am to start with the exterior of the property.*

* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the maximum occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time. All vendors/visitors must be pre-approved by us in writing before their arrival to the property.
