DiMucci Twin Towers is a two-19-story condominium buildings complex. 68 units in each of the two 19-story towers. All units are direct oceanfront with rooms going west to east, so you have both the river (Intracoastal) and the Ocean. The underground garage is stretching under both buildings. Each of the buildings has its oceanfront club rooms and gyms, each has its pool and hot tub. Twin Towers offers a wealth of community amenities as well, so you can enjoy all the fruit of beachside living, and this condo complex is still convenient to excellent shopping and dining, with area attractions only a short drive away.

We had a fantastic stay at this Daytona Beach condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family, but the absolute star of the show is the extended balcony. Having all that extra outdoor space to drink morning coffee, watch the sun rise over the ocean, and unwind to the sound of the waves in the evening made our vacation. It was also amazing to have a balcony that extended so we were able to sunbathe right out on our balcony.The condo being right above the pool was also very nice. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing coastal getaway. We would definitely love to stay here again—10/10 recommend!

The condo was outstandingly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Beach view was amazing along with the oversized balcony. Very family friendly. The kitchen utensils and cooking sets could use an update. The patio cushions definitely need updated they are very worn. Still was a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Very relaxing!! Hope to book for next year.

We have stayed in this condo for summers on and off. We have NEVER experienced the HOA Condo Commandos!!! We have stayed at other condos (ie Ocean Vistas) and not experienced anything like this new regime. TWO standouts: 1. We brought a beach wagon for our beach stuff. We tucked it away BEHIND our car where it was not visible and fully within our parking space (between the wall and the parking bumper), less than TWO hours later we received a call stating it had to be removed!2. Fast forward - we brought a cargo rack that goes into our hitch receiver, it was up, we were backed into our space, not sticking out past the columns OR even beyond the trucks close by and were told it needed to be removed about an hour after parking it.CONDO COMMANDOES!!!Regarding the unit:Upon arriving (for a month long rental) we notified the management company the blinds did not close. We were immediately told it would be fixed and someone would be scheduled. Nothing. We were notified several other times for our Condo Commando infractions, but no help getting the blinds fixed in the unit. There were broken blinds under two beds, broken blind track behind the couch, an old rug stuffed behind the couch, the floor in the kitchen has stuff caked on it that won’t come off, the exhaust vans in the restrooms haven’t been cleaned in years, the hvac unit is terribly loud and central in the condo. I’ll never stay here at this unit or at this condo again.

Beautiful place!

The unit was very large and had space for everyone! Clean and lots of towels and kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.
