We had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-located property! The place was immaculate and it was well stocked in the kitchen and bedrooms and bathroom.The host Cathy was very attentive. The property is perfectly located on Nantucket Avenue, close to everything. It was a very quiet home, even though right on the Avenue. We never heard ANY street noise whatsoever. We would recommend this rental to anybody visiting Hull/Nantasket Beach.Totally comfortable, perfect location, and excellent host!!

Kathy's Coastal Home is absolutely beautiful and very accommodating from inside to outside. Nice big front porch, great back yard to hang out and very comfortable and beautifully decorated inside. Cathy was more than helpful with many questions and concerns I had before and during our stay. We would love to stay stay again at another time.

We stayed here for 5 nights for our son's college graduation in Boston, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is located in Hull, and traveling into Boston was a complete breeze thanks to the nearby ferry it made it a truly seamless travel. The home itself felt like a 5-star hotel; it was incredibly spacious, SPOTLESSLY clean, and the beds were excellent. We loved the beautiful lighting and lamps everywhere, and the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and stores was fantastic. The host was also incredibly accommodating for our small pet, which we deeply appreciated. If we ever return to the area, we are definitely booking this place again!
