Great stay

Townhouse was very clean with many amenities! We appreciated it being well stocked with the basics- trash bags, soap, dish detergent, coffee and more. Seemed very nice and newly renovated. Lots of options for additional beds if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend stay

This house was perfect! We came into town for a family reunion and this house was exactly what we needed. Each room had their own set of towels and there was a washer and dryer to do laundry. We had a slight issue with getting in (most likely user error) but Karen was great in responding and fixing the issue. If you have the chance, definitely stay here! It was great.

Welcome to our Blacksburg home! This rental has been recently renovated for our son and his friends while he is studying at Virginia Tech. While they are freshman now, they will be moving into the home in Fall 2025! This home is designed to help pay for his (very expensive) tuition and provide an affordable option for his roommates! It is also a very nice location to explore the Blue Ridge Mountains, go fishing and other outdoor activities. We strive to provide you with a clean, comfortable place to stay that feels like home.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it is very close to Virginia Tech, and a very short walk to the bus stop that takes you directly to the VT transit station, where you can jump off the bus or stay on to go to football and other athletic games, or other parts of campus. It is also very close to restaurants and a the local Kroger, which we highly recommend.

What makes this property unique

this home has a lot of amenities, as follows:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, induction range, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and pantry staples (flour, sugar, spices). Complimentary bottled water and a fresh bag of coffee, sugar, sweetener, and creamer are provided for your convenience.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the basement, along with laundry soap and fabric softener.

Essentials: You'll find towels in each room, shampoo in each bathroom, and a fully stocked supply closet upstairs with extra blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, first aid items, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and facial tissue. Additional rugs are stored in the laundry room.
