This is a three bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home. It is walking distance to downtown and Virginia Tech! The house has modern furniture and is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

The house features a spacious outdoor patio with a large table and chairs. There are lights surrounding the patio if you wish to spend time outside in the evening. There is also a grill available for use. There are also two decks and one has a small outdoor table and chairs.

Great location and reasonably priced

We came for fall graduation and were thrilled to find such a cute rental without paying the exorbitant hotel room rates. The house is super clean and conveniently located. Jenny was very quick to respond to any questions too. A great couple of nights stay. Thank you for being so accommodating.
