Located in Haines City, just off the I-4, the property is perfectly positioned to access all central Florida has to offer. Disney and Universal are just 25-40 mins drive away with Clearwater and NASA’s Cape Canaveral is also within easy reach.

The villa is in an exclusive gated community built in 2018. The resort includes a club house with pool, large pool, kids splash park and slides, cabanas and sun loungers. Surcharges apply to use these facilities. There is also a bar serving drinks and food, a gym, games room and cinema room.

The villa is built to a high specification with modern fittings. All bedrooms have their own en-suites and there is also a powder room. A bedroom on the ground floor and level thresholds makes the villa suitable for anyone.

The pool benefits from a heater (additional charges apply to use the heater) and the villa has fabulous views over the largest lake in the development.

Nearby are various restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities.

The villa is also located about a 1.25hr journey from both Orlando and Tampa international airports.

The drive accommodates 2 cars and there is further parking in the garage for 2 cars.

Nice neighborhood

Property was clean, and spacious. Each bedroom has a bathroom so great for multiple people. It wasn't nice enough for us to get in the pool, but we enjoyed the patio and watched the alligators swim by. A bbq would have been great. Neighborhood is great for walking around. Clubhouse didn't open until after 11, so didn't use workout facility. Close to the highway for ease of access.

Winter vacation review

As first time renters we had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and the location was great. And the view was lovely. We especially liked the wildlife and the wonderful sunsets!We did have a couple issues including; the internet was not strong enough to use Netflix, there were no clear direction on how the remotes worked with the cable TV causing us some frustration. Also bedroom TV kept dropping the network connections. We were disappointed that although the pictures showed lounge cushions we were told they did not come with the rental. We also found little beetle/bugs on the inside doors of the dishwasher when we emptied it nearly daily.
