Enjoy this beautifully decorated 2 story townhome's open and airy design that sleeps 8 comfortably (3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 pullout sofa downstairs) with 2.5 baths. In addition to high level decor, this home also has patios, balconies, and a nicely furnished screened in porch to enjoy your evenings.

Your family will love this vacation home and resort! Bayside's first class amenities include beautiful pools with snacks/bar with fun splash zone for kids and hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, and more. You can also fish on the pier, kayak in the bay, watch live entertainment at the Freeman Stage. Want more ... then golf at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, shop tax-free at nearby trendy boutiques and outlets, and enjoy the nearby boardwalks in Ocean City and Bethany!

Resort Amenity Passes have not been included in the initial rental rates. They are optional but are required for ages 5 and up to access the pools, fitness centers, tennis / volleyball / basketball courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Rates are set by the Bayside HOA: Prime summer 2023 (May 13 - Sept 24) rates were $85 per person for the week, or $55 per person for a 3 day pass. Please ask about rates for other seasons, etc.

Great Vacation

We found this rental to be very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and responded to our questions right away. We can’t wait to come back. Bayside is a wonderful community with lots to offer. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Gorgeous place with great amenities!!

We had a great vacation!! Not only was the home beautiful but the pools, park, and restaurants were great especially with little ones. Short driving distance to local shops, other restaurants, and the beach. Homeowners were great and were constantly in communication. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to book for next year!!

This was a great property to rent for my wedding weekend at Signatures Bayside, it was a beautiful neighborhood and a stunning home. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and the entire process made things so smooth! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home and perfect location in Bayside community. The home was exactly as pictured and the hosts were fantastic to work with. Steve was very communicative with information before, during, and at the end of our trip! The sunridge pool was a highlight of the community! We loved spending our days by the pool and enjoyed the children as well as adult areas. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Stay

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time during our stay here. The home is extremely spacious and the pictures do not serve it justice - you have to see it in person. We visit Bayside annually but this was our first stay on this property and it was our best trip yet. House was spotless and the communication with Steve was outstanding - he even checked in multiple times during our stay. Located close to all of Bayside’s amenities and a short drive to Fenwick Island State Park for beach access. We hope to return next year!

Home away from home

Steve and Terri were excellent host. If there was a question I needed answered they were very responsive, just a text away. The home was well maintained, stocked and clean. The living arrangements at the property were perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children-ages 5 and 1), it was a great decision to stay there during our "closing" process. The surrounding neighbors were nice and active, it motivated us to exercise during our stay. Overall, this was a great first experience for my family using VRBO, we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Exceptional property!

We just finished a one week stay at this property and were very impressed! The home is very spacious- we just had four of us but you could easily fit two or three groups of people comfortably. Everything was well maintained and very clean. The owners were great with communication and offered lots of helpful local tips as well (where to park for the beach, places to eat, etc.). The community itself is gorgeous with lots of activities. My younger son frequented the indoor and outdoor pools and my teenage son spent a lot of time fishing the numerous community ponds. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay close to the beach!

WONDERUL Vacation

Our family LOVED this home. It has everything that you need as far as amenities and most of all, very comfortable beds and very clean. It is walking distance to the gym and it was great to sit out on the balcony and hear the performances from the Freeman stage even though you cannot see the stage. Communication with Steve & Terry was excellent. We would highly this home and plan on staying here again. Thank you again Steve & Terry!

Couldn't Be Better

Our stay was a long weekend bringing our adult children in for a large family reunion. We had seven staying all together. The success of this stay began well before we arrived. Steve and Terrie did a great job of communicating all along the way. Property was large, comfortable and clean. Everything was fairly new and well cared for. There was plenty of space for our family to hang out together. The Bayside resort was spectacular with so much to do. I recommend getting the resort pass. We enjoyed many of the amenities and the courts were great to loan us the tennis balls we forgot to pack. It was also a pretty and convenient drive to lots of areas where our reunion events were held. Thanks to our fantastic hosts for an amazing holiday!

Best Destination Wedding

My son was married this weekend and we were lucky enough to stay in the Bayside Golf Resort within minutes of the Venue. It was a perfect weekend from start to finish. Steve and Tracey were definitely Premier Hosts. They were in contact to make sure we had everything we needed and made our stay stress-free. Quick Getaway to Paradise

I apologize for not leaving a review earlier because Steve and Terrie deserve all the praises. The decor of the property was more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. The house was super clean and the check-in was a breeze. Property was a short drive to OC. The convenience of the shopping center within walking distance was an added bonus. We purchased guest passes for the pool and it did not disappoint. We stayed in October and the pool and sauna were warm and relaxing. Big Props to Steve for recommending the Crabcake Factory. The food and drinks were Amazing! We were a group of essential workers looking for a getaway and this place was everything and more! So appreciative for the kindness and professionalism of our hosts! Can't wait to stay again. Highly Recommend! :)

Bayside Resort Vacation 7/22 - 7/26

We wanted to take our grand - babies to the beach for the first time and came across this property at Bayside Resort. The home we rented from Terrie and Steve couldn't of been more perfect for our family. It had everything we could of wanted and the owners were very accommodating. Beaches were only a 5 minute drive and had so many to choose from. We found that Lighthouse beach was better for parking so that where we spent our beach time. They also have a shuttle that takes you to the beach that runs everyday starting at 10:00 AM. The complex is huge, we did not have enough time to enjoy all the amenities it had to offer. We did spend a couple days at the kids pool at SunRidge - my babies loved it and so did we. My only regret was that we did not spend a whole week to get the full experience. We all agreed upon leaving that we will definitely come back and spend more time. Thank you so much Terrie and Steve!!
