Convenient Location and Cozy Home Base

Overall, this stay met our needs, as it provided a safe, clean home base for our visit to Durham. Pluses were the convenient location, and the safe neighborhood. There were no disturbances at night, which we have had in other locations in Durham. The place was generally very clean. The condo provided amenities such as smart TV, coffee pods and some snacks, but it was lacking other more basic items such as tissue paper and hand towels in the bathrooms. The bath towels were mostly made of microfibre which was odd. The beds were adequate but were cheap and not the most comfortable.Overall, this place was adequate, and we found it was priced fairly all things considered.
