Very convenient ski location

Enjoyed this unit for 2 days of skiing. Location is very convenient - just a short walk to the North lift at Blue.  Pictures of the unit are accurate and give a good impression.  Kitchen and bathrooms are well-equipped. We were a family of 4 and that is probably the max number you'd want to keep it cozy.

Pleasant Stay and Efficient Communication

We have a good time at the resort as the cleanliness of the house is very good. The property manager was very helpful and promptly responded to our questions. The only issue was that they requested all the guests to throw the garbage and recycle items at the end of their stay. I have no problem to do that but I am wondering if all the guests have been charged with cleaning fees. And why make it a mandatory thing for the guests to do it. Even though that the property manager politely explained that it was for the professional cleaning fees. But I am still had hard times to understand that the professional cleaning fees are not including garbage and recycle cleaning.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the cleanliness and our prompt responses. We kindly ask guests to take care of excessive trash and instruct guests to the large bin (as noted in the instructions we sent) to help prevent attracting bugs, especially since we sometimes do same-day cleaning or clean the following day. Please rest assured, we don't expect guests to do any deep cleaning.
