This three-bedroom home with its self-contained casita overlooks the jungle with an ocean view of the beach and protected Isla Chora. This home is a perfect destination for families and friends who are looking for comfortable generous spaces. The well-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, coffee maker and other small appliances has an island with seating for four. The open concept main floor with its comfortable sofa and tv, looks out onto the terrace and pool. Santo Domingo has two mini supermarkets for your last minute groceries. Enjoy the terrace where you can bask in the tropical sun while relishing the gentle mountain breezes. Lounge in the outdoor seating that frames captivating vistas or take a refreshing dip in your own private infinity swimming pool. As day turns to night, the terrace transforms into a magical setting for al fresco dining with seating for eight. BBQ under the covered terrace with its convenient prep counter. The main house sleeps seven. The air-conditioned primary suite has a king bed, sitting area with a flat screen tv, ensuite with a walk-in closet. With its private balcony overlooking the jungle, pool and ocean this suite offers the perfect getaway space in this large comfortable home. The second bedroom has bunk beds, perfect for friends or family. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single and enjoys its own ensuite. Both these bedrooms are air conditioned. A third full bathroom is located on the main floor. The air conditioned separate casita provides a private sanctuary with a well-equipped kitchenette, queen bed, sitting area with a flat screen tv. Relax on the private deck in a comfortable hammock while taking in the beautiful sunset and jungle. Nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of Santo Domingo, this home has all the amenities you need and just a fifteen minute to the beautiful Samara and Carrillo Beaches. Samara is known for its beachfront restaurants, grocery shopping, banks and adventure options. Hidden in the mountains of Santa Domingo, above Samara, you can hike or horseback ride to a breathtaking waterfall 100 meters high spilling into a pool of cool clean water. Fishing, surfing, sea kayaking, and snorkeling are just a few of the activities available in the area.
