Your Fall River Lake adventure begins at this tremendous, historical ranch-style loft cabin built in 1872 w/large outdoor patio/kitchen! With a king bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the loft, and even a sunroom with a sofa bed, there's plenty of space for guests to relax for family gatherings, hunting trips or weekend getaways for that special couple. Enjoy the serene surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, with 2 TVs, AC/heat and fully equipped kitchen. There's a large upstairs private patio with seating, and the fully-lighted enormous shared Ranch Patio has couches, dining tables, a Blackstone, grill, wok, fire pits and Google Wifi Hubs for extra hanging out fun with your group! Increase your guest capacity by 4 by adding on our adjacent hotel-style bungalow, fully-equipped w/TV, bathroom, fridge, microwave, WIFI, AC/Heat & 2 queen beds for an extra $99 (inquire for separate required booking). Beautiful sunsets await with lush woods & 1/2 mile walking access to fishing or boating on Fall River Lake! We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all beds of sheets and pillowcases - leave by front door. Put all used bath and kitchen towels by front door.
Load used dishes into dishwasher but do not run it. Clean all patio cooking equipment and return dishes, etc inside to dishwasher.
Empty all kitchen and bathroom trash (and any trash from outside patio) into carport trash can. Log out of any streaming accounts on TVs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Before checkout, strip all beds (leave comforters/shams) and put by front door with all used towels, load used dishes into dishwasher but DON'T run it
Empty all house and patio trash into carport trash can, return all items brought outside to patio areas back inside to their original locations.
Turn off all ovens and grills. Log off TV's. No loud parties outside after 11:00pm on weekends or 10:00pm on weeknights. HAVE A RELAXING AND FUN TIME!

Cute cabin with a spacious patio

The patio is what sold us on this place. It was great for a gathering of friends the night before my wedding at Flint Oak. The cabin was cozy and had all we needed. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Our family has lived in this quiet, off-the-beaten path lakeside community for many years. The neighbors are kind and largely middle-aged to retired folks. The trees, the lake, the beautiful sunrises/sunsets, and the millions of visible stars in the skies undisturbed by city lights at night are the main attractions!

Every small detail has been attended to! It truly evokes a western-style, cozy ranch cabin feel. And the lofted ceilings add to the charm!
