Enjoy your next vacation in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! This conveniently located vacation rental is within short walking distance to 1 of the 5 beautiful and sandy Eidelweiss Village beaches. Enjoy relaxing on the deck over looking the peaceful babbling brook or warm up by the wood stove after a day of exploration! This home has a great open living area making it easy to spend quality time with family and friends. Only a short drive from Story Land, Attitash and Cranmore Mountain, along with other great attractions, shops and restaurants. The location and atmosphere of this great vacation home, makes it the perfect place to come back to year after year!

LAYOUT:

FIRST LEVEL: living room with wood stove, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), and full bath.

SECOND LEVEL: bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4), full bath and loft.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Smart TV, DVD player, 4 in 1 game table (air hockey, ping pong, pool table and football), canoe, wood stove and high speed internet. (no cable provided, streaming available through Smart TVs)

Peaceful Getaway

The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is clean and comfortable and in a great location. We throughly enjoyed floating in the pond- what could be better or more relaxing!

Perfect for us!

Just what we were looking for. It was 4 adults and 2 kids both teens and our dog. Lots of board games, sweet wood burning stove, kitchen was well appointed. Bunk beds in loft were good too. Realty office was easy to get to and check in. Only minor suggestion is to get a digital lock for easier check in and out. We enjoyed!

a very nice home, check in is awful , have to drive to North Conway the traffic center of NH to pick up and drop off keys. Get a key code on your door.

Wonderful cozy home

We really enjoyed our stay, just the two of us and our lab & shepherd. Great location with brook running thru back yard that the dogs loved and we enjoyed listen too the running water. They thought of everything to make the stay complete, located less than 15 minutes from North Conway. The driveway may be difficult in the ice and snow due to its steepness but there are spots to park up top, we had to bring our own sheets, pillows and remove our own trash when leaving. Washing machine takes 4 quarters so bring change also you will need to supply your own firewood for the fireplace.

The sweetest house ever!

Me and my husband and another couple joined us on our vacation along with our dog. We have a 2 year old Mastiff and he had the best time down at the brook. It's so nice to hear the water every morning in such a peaceful setting. We loved the house. It was clean and full of all of the amenities you could ever want. It is located close to everything! I highly recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be able to come back again next year. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. It's so hard to find a place that will accept pets too. :) Warmly, Robin

The home was clean, had plenty of useful kitchen items, allowed us to bring our dog, and had tons of dvd's and board games for the kids. Our only complaint was that the wireless internet connection was poor. We had to reset the modem several times. Being this far off the beaten path and having no cell service, it is essential that the wifi is usable and consistent. This would be the only reason for not renting this property in the future.

Great house for adults

We enjoyed our stay . The house was roomy and the basement was great for kids . Only two things - be aware that there is no AC and most of the time you dont need it but we had 3 -100+ degree days so made sleeping tough. Lots of fans tho. Crank out windows does not let you bring an AC either . The other is there is NO yard at all. Just a sand and gravel driveway that holds 2 cars but is a hill . Parking for other cars at top of driveway. Other than those two items the house is as described . Close to North Conway. There are several ponds to swim/fish at in Eidleweiss . Very quiet area , relaxing ! The brook down behind the house was so calming sitting on the deck . Great for adults that dont need a yard for kids , or to have a fire. There is a grill on deck to cook on. Worth the rental price .

The house from outside it doesn't look appealing but inside was so beautiful and comfy despite the old appliances that they have. We felt like home, so comfy even without AC. Be aware that the toilet upstairs that keep falling off so we couldn't flush and my husband and sons had to keep fixing it so we could flush them. Courtney was sooo nice and so helpful because I kept bothering her with soooo many questions and she was so patiently answered me. We went to the creek behind the house and one day, we even had some visitors! The mama bear and the baby!!!! They were soooooo cute!!!! I wish that we didn't have to leave. The house was perfect for us that loves to adventures around the mountains and spending time with the natures! Thank you Courtney for all the help! We'll be back again!!

Relaxing at Brooks Edge

Had a relaxing week at Pea Porridge Pond. The house was very clean and comfortable. A few complaints about bunk beds not being comfortable. Plenty of room for my family. The pond is right around the corner, which is great! The house had everything we needed to cook. Another nice vacation at Eidelweiss Village.

Comfortable Home

We stayed over the new year, home was comfortable and plenty of space. We frequent the area and this home is inline with most homes we rent in regards to location, comfort and price. The only issue we experienced is the driveway is sloped downward and with the freezing rain and temperatures the driveway froze over and even though we have a four wheeled drive vehicle and used to winters in New England, we had to call AAA to pull us up the driveway. Having a bucket of sand or someone sand the driveway would have been nice. All in all it was a great stay over the New Years, there is parking up top which we used the rest of the week and maneuvered walking the driveway.

We appreciated that some basics were stocked (like garbage bags). This was a vacation for all so no major cooking was attempted - instead we enjoyed dining out each evening. Kitchen supplies were fine for simple breakfasts and lunches. We were very happy to find a dog-friendly rental within walking distance of the beach! We rented our own kayaks - Courtney was very helpful in making a recommendation on how to do that! We would have loved it if the house stocked some beach chairs.
