Beautiful location and house. So inviting. Love the view and the quietness of the area. Will 100% be going back. Thankful for a wonderful girls trip with friends
Plenty of room. Great view of the mountains. Communication with host was fantastic. Close to many attractions in the north Conway area. Would definitely stay again.
Our chalet had great views and was very well decorated to welcome guests. It was close to restaurants and stores but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the white mountains. Philip was a great host and stocked the chalet with everything. Thank you for letting us stay in your awesome chalet!
We had a great stay in Conway. We were there to go skiing. All family and friends enjoyed their day of skiing at Cranmore Mountain, about 20 minutes away. We were 4 adults 4 teen. The bed couch was a little Small for 2 teens, but the regular couch was a great replacement. The highlight : really good and easy contact with the owner !!!
Overall great stay. Good location and spacious interior with great views. Bed sheets weren't clean
Overall great stay. Good location and spacious interior with great views. The only issue was that the bed sheets (at least in the room I slept) weren't the cleanest as evidenced by hair on the sheets. The rest of the house clean. The kitchen was very useful.

Okay stay. The house had many dead bugs and spider webs in different rooms. And unfortunately the outside was overgrown with weeds and poison ivy, especially the table area on the deck, so we weren’t able to use it. Inside was as pictured. Not a bad stay, but missing amenities like wash cloths, tissues and enough silverware. No AC here in case you forget to check like us.

We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback we followed up with the homeowner who wanted to share the following:-Regarding insects and minor cobwebs: being in a rural, mountainous area, a few may occasionally enter the home. There are typically very few, and we maintain pest control as needed. Our cleaner is diligent in addressing any that appear, and we have notified the housekeeping team of your concerns.-We provide ample silverware for the number of guests at the house, though additional pieces can always be added if needed. Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with washcloths and makeup removal cloths, which may have been easy to overlook during your stay.-We maintain a rustic, natural setting and do not heavily landscape the area. A few plants had grown near the deck recently, but the outdoor table remained fully usable with a small adjustment. Our maintenance professional will attend to the plants, and we thoroughly checked for hazards, including poison ivy, and found none.We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, as reflected in the consistent positive feedback we receive.
Going anywhere on vacation with a 2 and 4 year old is challenging- but this house was clean, not overly decorated with breakable objects, had all of the kitchen necessities. Upon checking in I had noticed one of the windows was open without a screen, but no animals or bugs (except the occasional spider) were inside. It was quiet and away from the strip but close enough to get to everything downtown within 30 minutes. The day after we checked in we saw a black bear in the driveway! Although it was slightly scary and intimidating- it was such an amazing experience. My kids learned a lot about bears from that. We would stay here again if we are looking to stay in the same area!

Graduation
The chalet was very charming. It suited our needs while we were visiting family for our grandson’s graduation. It was conveniently close to our family’s house and town but far enough away to enjoy the quietness and charm of the area. The people who were in charge of maintaining the property responded quickly to any of our needs and issues.
We had an absolutely amazing day! The chalet was so clean, really secluded from all of the things that you want to get away from. We enjoyed the beautiful views as we stayed in January with the snow and it was perfect! If you’re a skier or snowboarder this is the best spot to stay! The wood fire stove was the best part it heats the entire chalet! We weren’t too far from everything great spots to check out down in Intervale, North Conway, Ossispee, and other areas. We would rent here again! - Just our own preference here - we would recommend bringing your own towels. They were provided however made us covered in lint cause of the type of towel. We tried to wash them but the same thing kept happening. We brought 2 of our own as a just in case. - The pullout couch is a bit dated & uncomfortable, I’d suggest to change it / maybe upgrade that. We do suggest to the owners that removing the rugs for deep cleaning in the living room area as it was very soiled underneath them and the front door one is rotted. We did vacuum as much as possible prior to check out however this is just something we would highly suggest for cleanliness. - We would love to come up with family as there is plenty of room for kids and / additional guests! It was just the two of us for the weekend but it’s spacious and cozy!

We really wanted to love this place and the property manager was great at responding, but we showed up to a dark house with no working outside lights, very limited basic supplies (no dishwasher detergent, soap, pillow cases, etc.). The beds were fairly uncomfortable. The view and location was good, but i do not think we will rent this place again.

Hi Pic, we're so glad you enjoyed the location and beautiful views, but we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following:
- The owners apologize for the issue with the lights, but we're happy to hear they were able to promptly resolve this issue.
- The owners always strive to stock the home with enough basic supplies for each guest stay.
- Mattress taste is subjective, and the owners have never received any complaints about this in the past; however, we're sorry that this specific mattress did not suit your personal preferences.
Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Older Cabin, Fell Short of Our Expectations
This place fell short of our expectations. Yes, it is an older cabin. But, we felt that there were far too many problems beyond being an older cabin that earned this a below average review for us. One of the showers was inoperable because of a broken showerhead. One of the bedroom door handles broke. The toaster was finicky. The driveway was icy when we arrived. And multiple lamps/light fixtures did not work. Yes, the property manager was communicative and offered to help fix everything we asked them to. But, when you’re just there for a long weekend, at some point, it gets annoying consistently alerting the team to dispatch someone to fix various odds and ends. Could work for some groups, but just expect an older cabin that doesn’t have the thoughtful touches for a top notch Vrbo and it might have a couple things not work as well.

Ian, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
- We're sorry that you feel we fell short of your expectations, the last guest we had broke several things that we didn't have time to replace or get taken care of, we tried to communicate with you as much as possible and also to rectify what we could promptly
- Thank you for bringing the broken showerhead and the bedroom door handle, to our attention. We did get both of these items fixed and ready for our new guests
- We have a new toaster, we were unable to get it delivered before your visit but it's here and all setup
- We did alert you about the icy driveway, we had a big rain storm and then a flash freeze that day, Mother Nature has been a little brutal this Winter. We did provide you with salt and the plow guy came to sand the road immediately
- Again we do apologize for the issues you had, unfortunately, we have guests that can be destructive and when we don't know about the damages ahead of time it's not always easy to fix for the next guest, but we try to stay on top of these things
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.
