You'll feel like you're staying in a friend's place in this second-floor, corner unit. It is newly updated and nicely furnished, including attractive rugs in each room, ski prints and art, new luxury vinyl flooring, a modern kitchen and bathrooms, and quality mattresses in each room. The 804 square feet are well laid out, so a family of up to 8, two smaller families, or a group of friends, can happily enjoy the space. Enjoy reliable WIFI, streaming TV, and charging stations on each night stand and in the bunk room. A separate TV on the small desk in the bunk room doubles as large monitor for those wanting to work remotely.
The fully-equipped kitchen, includes modern appliances and cabinetry, and a dining area with two benches and end chairs, and a clever dining table that opens up to a square to seat 8. A large sectional seating area in the living room, faces a rock-wall, fireplace and flat screen TV. On warm days and cool nights, open the windows and listen to the sound of the Fraser River flowing steps away. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but fans are provided in each room to take advantage of nightly summer low temperatures ranging from 30-50 degrees.
Layout Specifics: MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and remodeled en-suite bathroom, along with two corner windows, making it quite comfortable. FRONT BEDROOM: The large front bedroom is closest to the river, and features a bed and windows on two walls, and a full-size closet. BUNK ROOM: The bunk room has two bunk beds, with four bunks (3 twin and 1 full size), a small shelf for a nightlight or water bottle, and a touch light for reading or keeping monsters away ;-). HALL BATH: A full bathroom in the hall is adjacent to the front bedroom and a few steps across the hall from the bunk room.
In addition to the Fraser River Trail (mentioned above), a trail next to the rec center connects to hiking, mountain biking, and hiking in the Idlewild trail system. The recreation center offers a large pool, three hot tubs, a fitness room, locker rooms with showers, and a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV, toys, etc. The great room has a pool table, a dining table with chairs, bar height tables, small kitchenette, a lounge seating area in front of a gas fireplace and large windows, and a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi, and several seating areas.
IMPORTANT NOTES This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT and the HOA rules strictly prohibit smoking in common areas, which includes front decks and areas within 10 feet of the building. In addition, there are NO PETS, as Homeowner's Association rules do not allow pets in a rented unit (a pet infraction results in a fine of $200 each day of violation).

Very cute condo! It had everything we needed. Great location in relation to the "Lift", clubhouse amenities and downtown area. We'd stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.
Condo was nicely updated and thoughtful touches made great use of the space. Our group of 4 adults and 4 tweens/teens were very comfortable! Our kids really enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse, and the condo building location made it easy to walk around town. We could also access hiking trails right from the condo complex! Owners/hosts were very responsive to any questions. Overall a great property and amazing value!
The deck had some nice views of the ski area, surrounding mountains and the Frazier Creek. The room is close to the Lift bus stop that takes you to the ski area. The rec center with pool and great hot tubs is a short walk. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans etc for any cooking. Comfortable couches with plenty of TV channels. Would definitely stay here again.the perfect ski vacation. Would sat enough
This is my first time using Vrbo to book a stay at a property and I must say that this one was phenomenal. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, given that it’s adjacent to downtown Winter Park. This makes it easy to walk from the property to downtown at your leisure. Additionally, the ski resort is only about 2 miles away, making it a quick drive.
The property itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and modern. The check in/check out process was easy, seamless, and transparent. Overall, I had an amazing experience here.

You don’t always know what you’ll get w VRBOs. This place is better than the photos. Adorable. Comfortable. Clean. Well-kept. Has a rec center with workout room, pool and multiple hot tubs. The host was available- which is a huge plus, just generally speaking. (I had to ask about checkin process- all info was provided prior to- I just had addl info I was looking for etc.) Thank you for an amazing stay.
