This wonderfully located property in Hidden Valley near the Falls Creek Meadows boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds (downstairs bedroom has a queen bed) and 1 king bed. It is perfect for a group of friends or family. Enjoy outdoor living surrounded by scrub oak with covered front porch, grill and back yard patio. Amenities include a workspace, dryer & washing machine, electric heat & pellet stove, Wi-Fi, and a Roku T.V, to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. The downstairs bathroom has a shower. Stellar outdoor walks/hikes and biking are just minutes away in Fall Creek Meadows and Junction Creek (Colorado Trail Head). Purgatory Resort is an easy 40 minutes from our house. We think our place is a great location to help you experience everything Durango and its outdoor activities have to offer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave sheets / blankets on beds
Please leave used towels on bathroom floor
Trash / Recycling
Put it in the metal shed at the top of the driveway.
Trash and Recycling are picked up on Monday morning.
Lock both double doors.
Leave spare keys in upper cabinet to right of front door.
After locking front door, leave main key in lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
