The house was clean and comfortable, and close to campus and downtown. We were also close enough to the White Pine Trail to ride there and ride on to Reed City and back.

Easy stay

Everything went very smoothly with the whole process. We got in a little later than expected, and everything was very easy to find. Parking was simple, and the place was so clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay your duplex very clean and comfortable. The bunk beds could use a thicker mattress in the event that all adults stay. Nice front porch to sit and enjoy the outdoors with morning coffee and evening cocktail hour. I would suggest installing hand railing for lower portion of stair entrance into duplex would make use more comfortable and feel more stable when carrying belongings in and out of house. Parking was perfect.

Great new rental

Great 2 night stay in Big Rapids. Quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. King bed is plush (great for me - I like a soft bed). Queen bed is firm (if you need more support). Unit is tastefully decorated. We’d definitely stay again. Host responded quickly to questions.

College Town Gem

My wife and I spent Thanksgiving this year with our daughter, who attends Ferris and works part time in retail. Unfortunately, she couldn’t come home for the holiday based on her schedule, so we went to her. We found this completely remodeled older home in the heart of Big Rapids. Turned out to be a perfect place and super clean! Thanks for the awesome Thanksgiving.

Host was amazing, and communicated to me during our stay to make sure all was ok. And it was! Very cute house, and VERY clean. The bathroom and all bedrooms are on the second level, just in case someone who cannot walk upstairs in aware of this (it was not a problem for us). I liked the bed, but my husband thought it was too soft. Very close to town, walking distance to everything. There is a park right across the street. Nicest home on the block. The back alley is a little creepy at night, without much lighting. College student homes around are not kept up, but we felt very safe. Front porch is so pretty, and would be nice over summer stay. Would stay here again.

Charming spot in the heart of Big Rapids. The location was outstanding. We enjoyed the fresh and clean accommodations, with plenty of thought given to WiFi, AC, stocked kitchen, coffee, etc. The clean-up wasn't a big lift (just stack sheets and towels by the washer and take out the trash). We would absolutely stay here again. Great communication from host too!
