Nice Place and Amenities for the Entire Family

The townhouse was cozy and clean. It’s an end unit, so you’re not surrounded by neighbors. All of the resort amenities are right next to the townhouse which is extremely convenient. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation. Property has excellent location, close to everything Very clean and well packed Easy and fast communication Resort is kids friendly, has waterslides and lazy river. The only problem is Fantasy world resort has very cold pools, not suitable for little kids during winter time. Very disappointed and upset because last year both pools were heated. In general, property is clean, great location and very easy check in process If rFantasy World will heated pools in a future (82F) than I would be back yo the same property

This condo is neglected and dirty. When we arrived there were dirty pans in the oven and the silverware was unwashed as well. We had to buy a new shower curtain and skillet. There were four forks and one regular sized spoon (two baby sooons) and no steak knives for a property that advertises for six guests. There was two wash clothes in the bathroom, again for a property that hosts six (we bought our own). The garbage disposal was broke and we did not use the dishwasher because it was filthy. There were tiny bugs all over the counters that got into all of the food, including unopened boxes of cereal (yes, we know it’s Florida and bugs are not unusual, except this was excessive). We sent pictures to the property manager and he sent a cleaning crew to spot clean. The pool area was nice and clean. The resort restrooms by the pool area were spotless. I would highly recommend looking for other accommodations, this one is not worth what we paid, not even close.
