Welcome to your fully stocked beachside getaway!
3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds, 2 full baths (ensuite master bathroom with stand up shower) and a large 2 car garage with foosball, sofa, and TV! House will sleep up to 6 (8 with children and approval) with the full size convertible sleeper in the separate enclosed TV room. Fenced in back yard with covered patio and large deck with Tiki Bar. Well behaved, housebroken dogs (2 maximum) welcome with approval and a non-refundable fee. 6 flat screen TVs (bring your Netflix sign in!) with various apps, including free live TV, available on the Smart TVs or Firestick. High speed wifi. DVD player in living room. Fridge with ice maker, range, cook top, dishwasher, and microwave. Washer and dryer in unit. We provide utensils, linens, bath towels, and various cookware and small appliances. Large in-ground pool (heated Nov 1-March 31) and 5 person hot tub. Electric fireplace in formal living room and bonus room for cozy winter nights! Take advantage of the gas grill with propane provided! Enjoy great weather year round! Listen to the ocean from the back yard or take a short walk to the beach, about 6 minutes for the average person. Free kayak launch (we provide a kayak!) and fishing pier 2 miles south!Check the NASA schedule and watch a rocket launch from the beach! We provide beach toys, games, coolers, wagon, beach umbrella, large sea kayak with life vests and oars, and other miscellaneous beach items for you to use during your stay!
Note regarding pool heat: this is a mechanical electric heater. It is set to 85 degrees and runs up to 16 hours daily. It will automatically shut off when water reaches 85 and activate when water drops below. However, on unseasonably cold days the pool may take a while to reach that if at all. Once the air temperature drops below 55 it begins to lose efficiency and heating capacity. This is a normal condition. There is no charge for heat and therefore no guarantee expressed or implied regarding temperature of water.
Guests are required to sign and return a short term lease (and pet agreement when applicable) prior to door code being released. This is an insurance requirement. We are fully insured and licensed by the State of Florida. License available in the Welcome Book.

The pictures online didn't do the backyard justice. It was so nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was so spacious it was perfect for my mother in law as she is in a wheel chair. Very nice neighborhood.

Easy check in, cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family, we enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub for our late December stay. Short walk to the beach, which was mostly empty. Great location, wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic stay! We were in town for a family event and had 5 of our adult children stay with us for two nights. The flex room just off the kitchen was perfect for a 4th bedroom. The place had it all. It was warm, cozy and beachy. The outdoor space was tremendous. Our dog loved the large side yard (all fenched in). It was extremely cold so we couldn't use the pool. However, the hot tub was very nice and appreciated. The host was very attentive. friendly and easy to reach. Location was great. Many walks on the nearby beach. Would absolutely recommend the stay.

Perfect Vacation!

We have stayed at many different vacation homes and this was, by far, our favorite. It was clean and exactly as described. It was extremely pet friendly, and was the perfect place to relax after spending time at the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the backyard was the perfect spot to unwind in the pool or the comfy chairs. This place is well worth the visit!

We had been vacationing and renting homes in the area for 10 years so we decided to buy our own home here and share the beauty of Ormond Beach with other travelers! I am a firefighter/paramedic and a real estate broker. My wife is the property manager. We plan on retiring to the home in the future.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! And it has a pool and hot tub! We have a family of 5 and 2 dogs so this home was perfect! It is also located on a quiet dead end street with minimal traffic and a very safe walkable area. There is an unlimited amount of things to do! And you have the beach! What could be better?

What makes this property unique

Large home, 3/2 beach side with an in ground heated pool and hot tub on a dead end. Short 6 minute walk to the beach. We can hear the waves crash, enjoy the ocean breeze, and see the rocket launches at Cape Canaveral from the beach or yard! Very cool. Multiple free public boat launches nearby, parks, dog parks, dog beach and dog free beach, hiking trails, tennis courts, shopping, fishing piers, boardwalk, beachfront amusement park, drive-on beach nearby, state park sanctuary, wildlife viewing, marine park, swim with dolphins, farmers markets and the list is endless.
