Perfect room for two, at a great resort. Nice romantic getaway spot right on the beach with a fantastic ocean view. It's definitely one of the fresher remodels at the resort and looks exactly as shown in the listing. Communication with the host was super easy and fast. What really impressed me was the TV died, and after one text and a few short hours later, the TV was replaced very quickly. We would absolutely book this property again on our next kid free vacation! Thanks for making vacation easy!!

Very clean room, lovely view. The property itself is very rundown and a little sketchy. The hallways are reminiscent of an insane asylum. The fact that it's the Hawaiian Inn should be more prominently advertised in the listing.

Fully equipped kitchen, although the hand crank can opener was broken so we could not get our cans opened. Hubby improvised, LOL. Other than that, very nice place to stay! Loved the view from our balcony and easy process to get to the beach.

This is an excellent unit with beautiful view and great host

My mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Building is old but safe and clean and the unit is very nicely updated with a beautiful view. The host Vincenzo was very responsive and friendly. She would definitely stay again!

View was excellent as described. However we arrived on a rainy weekend and hoped to hangout on the balcony watching the waves. There was only one porch chair which was a bit disappointing as the photos show two porch chairs. This was not rectified during our stay.

Didn’t have enough toilet paper- I had to go buy some- paper towels only one -I had to buy those too- not enough hand towels - 3 facecloths and 3 towels for 2 people Saturday to Saturday - the bathroom toilet is loose the shower handles were loose my husband had to try and adjust so it would work to take a shower - the molding was filthy the floors were filthy - my socks were black - they left no cleaning products - the door barely shut even though it locked it has a if gap when you shut it- the slider was so heavy to even open and close - the hallways and elevators were filthy and smelled so bad the resort doesn’t vacuum the hallways that often either the same garbage on the floor was there all week walking around - the lighting is awful In The room - the toilet kept running - the kitchen sink has no water pressure - the tub faucet leaks - I messaged owner about reimbursement the second day and he wasn’t accommodating at all and brushed it off

Room as described with unbeatable view

The room looked just like the pictures and the price was excellent for our short stay. The kitchenette has everything we needed to cook in for a couple of meals to offset the cost of eating out. K-cups waiting for us was a really kind bonus. They really put a lot of thought into making sure you're comfortable with everything you would need. NOT THE OWNER'S FAULT but the hotel itself and immediate surroundings we found scary (with the exception of a cute little gift shop toward the back), especially the hallway to get there. For that reason, we probably wouldn't come back but we would not hesitate to book with this host at a different location. I hope management will do right by it's property owners and get it better together.

Nice studio

I was offered early check in for a fee and I accepted-however when I arrived the unit hadn’t been cleaned. The owner contacted his cleaning staff and I went back after regular check in and it was cleaned-no notice when they were done. Control for shower or tub water was off. Contacted the owner and the next day someone came to Fix it. The kitchenette is nice but it’s a very very small area and there were only a few utensils-no spatula.I had planned to cook a few meals since I was in town for cheer event and alone. The interior of the hotel is very dated and really needs new carpeting but this unit has been updated and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the balcony has a great direct view of the ocean. The pool area is very large and nice at the Hawaiian with direct beach access. This unit was located close to steps and elevator down to that area for easy access. The Tiki bar came in handy and the food is basic but good. Many supplies were included-paper towels, dish soap, etc. I would co sister renting this unit again.

Overall, this stay was just okay and not quite what was advertised.Pros:The beach view was really nice and probably the highlight of the stay. The unit had a king bed, nice wooden floors, and a small kitchenette that looked like it had been somewhat renovated. Parking was easy and convenient, and check-in was smooth with no issues.Cons:There were several downsides that should’ve been disclosed. The hot tub was under construction, which we were not informed about beforehand. Only four towels were provided, which felt a bit limited. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows actually left both my boyfriend and I with neck pain.Cleanliness was also just average—nothing terrible, but definitely not what you’d expect from a place marketed as more upscale. The grout in certain areas looked pretty dirty. The biggest surprise was that this is essentially a motel, not a hotel or luxury stay. The entire building had a strong smell of weed, and the overall environment felt older and a bit run-down. Walking to the room did not match the more “luxurious” impression the listing gave.Final Thoughts:This place has potential because of the location and view, but it was definitely misrepresented. I would describe it as a basic motel stay with a nice view—not a luxury experience.
