The townhouse is located 6.5 miles away from Walt Disney World and 13.4 miles from Universal Studios. For a quick breakfast, you will have Dennys at 2.8 miles and IHOP to 3.3 miles. Late check-ins are ok since we won't provide a physical key. You will have a unique access code that you can create for yourself only. I won't have access to that code either.

We love Kissimmee – Orlando area because our house is 15 min away from Disney Theme Parks and also an hour from Blue Springs Park, High Springs, Florida which I strongly recommend visiting if you are planning to visit Kissimmee – Orlando area.
