This property was great for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). A Short drive to multiple beaches and entertainment provided a quality stay. Communication was EXCELLENT to fix a few issues created by the previous guests. House was clean, pool was serviced, and beds were comfortable. Overall excellent spot.

Scam artist! AC did not work in Florida sun! Fridge wouldn't get cold and spoiled our food! He communicated off platform, then stopped when we started bringing up problems. We had to wait for him to answer us about what the Wi-Fi password was (as it was incorrect in the listing). Had a cleaning person show up while we were checked in to finish their duties.

Stayed here for the month of March 2026 and highly recommend this property to anyone. The location is great, centrally located, lots to do within a 30 min drive in any direction. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is great, and the wildlife in the backyard pond is relaxing to watch. The treadmill and Peloton bike are a nice touch. The back covered porch is awesome.

This house had literally everything you could possibly need. We were able to spend four solid days with our grandbabies and they never got bored and we didn’t have to pack up and tote them anywhere. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We will definitely make this our preferred property as it is so close in proximity to so much to do if you want to leave the property, but it also had everything we needed right at hand! you can’t go wrong with this rental!

This is a fabulous home in a great location with groceries and beaches very close! My kids and I stayed for 6 nights. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need. The pool was a huge hit along with all the gaming tables for the times in between activities and evenings. And, Carlos was great to work with. He checked in to see how things were going and was very responsive with all questions!

Great house to make a home base!

Our stay in Sarasota was awesome! This house and its amenities made our stay a true vacation!It rained two days of our trip and the pool saved the day. Our kids loved being to come home and relax in the pool after a day at the beach. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are planning a trip to Sarasota/Siesta Key Beach, you should definitely stay at this property!
