About this property

Senseney Cottage~Pet Welcome, Fenced Yard

Welcome to our cozy duplex home nestled in the heart of Clarksville, just minutes away from Ft Campbell and conveniently positioned about 4 miles from Interstate 24 – a major route connecting to Nashville, Kentucky, Indiana, and Alabama. We invite you to bring your pets along, as our home is pet-friendly. Kindly inform us in advance and review our pet policy for details on applicable fees below.

We are pet lovers and want you to enjoy having your pets with you during your stay. We do have a pet fee of $25 per night for the first pet and $10 per night for each additional pet, but our max is $400 per month. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with pets. No smoking inside of property.

We've designed our pricing to accommodate up to 4 guests, with an additional $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to our maximum capacity of 8 guests (children 1 year and older or walking on their own are not considered infants).

Guest will have 24 hour access to the property by use of smart lock, each guest or group will have their own personal access code that can be used from check-in to check-out time, these codes are changed at the end of each reservation.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best, something it is not possible do to cleaning from the previous guest or for our next guest.

Guest do not have access to the garage.

We live in the are and are available 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.

This is a very quiet and small community continually improving its' appearance. Although security or safety can not be guaranteed, this neighborhood has been very safe.

Clarksville has public transportation, Cabs, Uber, and Lyft if needed. We recommend you drive a car.

All our guest have access to entire house and will not share house with any other guest. It has all the luxuries of home, the Master bedroom has a full bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a large full hall bathroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans and smart Tv's. The Livingroom has a 55" Smart TV. There is ample seating with a full couch, love seat, and chair. This home is located in a small community located mins from Ft Campbell. This beautiful little home is mins from, restaurants, Publix, and the Oak Grove Casino and Race Track.

We enjoyed our stay here as the residence was in a very convenient location for our needs. We had ample room (didn't even use one of the bedrooms). The home was clean and equipped with starter paper products for our week stay.

This is such a pretty and well thought out duplex. We loved the kitchen, (finally got to cook and eat real food, which we were missing). And the covered back patio & fenced yard were extremely nice. It would be amazing in warm weather. Also just the general decor and bedrooms were really well done. The only thing I would change at all is I suggest leaving a full roll of paper towels, or two, and full rolls of toilet paper for the guests. We were travelling with a brand new newborn, and you definitely want guests to have plenty of paper towels to clean up spills, already there. Otherwise, it's lovely. Great beds, and they even have classic games! Love it.

Cozy and Comfortable

We had our family come in for Thanksgiving from Wisconsin. The bag yard was fenced in and perfect for the kids. House had been renovated and had great parking. It was five minutes from Publix and made it super easy to grab last minute items. We made memories of a lifetime and will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Respite

Hosts went above and beyond! They were able to accommodate us on short notice while we left before a hurricane. Our vehicle broke down while traveling home from vacation. The Hosts referred us to an excellent tow and mechanic. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had a nice layout. Loved the patio area and awesome kitchen! We look forward to staying there on a regular basis during our travels.

Great stay but needs minor improvement

The overall stay was great but since this was my first time booking a bnb I didn’t think to let the host know that master bed was a bit wobbly. However, my husband even tried to sleep on the queen size bed and it was quite wobbly too. I would suggest investing in sturdier beds.

Some areas to visit, Old Glory Distilling Co. and Beachaven Vineyards are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dunbar Cave State Park and Cumberland River. Skyline Lanes and The City Forum are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with cycling.
