Excellent! Visiting family in Kirksville and saw this new listing on Expedia. Very spacious and next to a hotel where we have access to all of their amenities, including the indoor pool, breakfast, pool table, etc. Definitely going to stay here or at the hotel next time - highly recommend!!

La Plata Winter hunting Trip

Very nice, clean, quite and comfortable. Only thing missing was a few minor items such as drinking glasses, dish towels and a few utensil but wasn't a big deal. Close to a good Mexican Restaurant, convenient store and Dollar General for all other needs.

I know this is a new place. Working with the hotel is a huge plus. As with any new place there were a couple of issues. Nothing to break staying there. We really like it. Was perfect for our group. Will absolutely stay there again next time if available!

Great place to stay for the money. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was parking and access to the rental. You have to park in an adjacent hotel parking lot and walk across a pathway to get to the door. This is fine for most folks but if you have physical limitations, this place may not be for you.
