Large kitchen includes granite counter top, and is resplendent with all necessary accoutrements .Enjoy the adjoining dining room, and sliding glass door leads to BBQ on private deck w/seating. Relax in the living room w/fireplace, TV & pottery barn furnishings. The 3rd bedroom can double as a office, w/ hide a bed & desk. Time to relax in the separate Primary Suite complete w/ceiling fan, vaulted ceilings , TV & adjacent Master Bath includes walk-in closet w/tons of storage. The jetted tub will sooth your cares away, double walk in shower & double sinks complete the picture. The 2nd bedroom includes double closets, vaulted ceilings, + fan & TV. Full size laundry room w/storage & folding area that leads to double car garage/w storage galore. Enjoy the surrounding wildlife, Cedar Creek flows year round just down the street . Your short peaceful walk to the ocean is literally 10-minutes from the front door. Drive to the Ocean, is 3-minutes. WIFI is 300 MB, plenty for those Zoom calls. Current Rate of 2,850.00 is for 1-2- Persons Only, call if your party is 3-persons for rate. We just added A 1/2 Bath, House now has 2.5 baths ! No large parties allowed , no extra overnight guests allowed without permission prior & per stay fee.There is now a 100.00 per 30-day stay for utilities. Call Owner to discuss your needs !
