These recently renovated cottages are in the heart of Rockaway Beach and sit just across the road from beachfront access while also being a short walk from countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.



With most everything being remodeled and upgraded, you will find the cottages strike that perfect balance of style and comfort. The unit comes with a full kitchen making it easy to store food as well as whip up a quick meal whenever you desire. Additionally each unit has a small patio area as well as a shared seating area under the gazebo. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is lots of space for your family or group to enjoy.



The location is absolutely incredible and will make as a perfect location to adventure up and down the coast. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.



PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $50 fee per pet with a maximum of 1 pet. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Exploring & experiencing Rockaway

Great location for walking to the beach. Very clean! Didn’t realize it was a shared backyard area. Worked just fine for us though cause our dog stayed right there with us. Would definitely stay again.

We had a last-minute need for a place for 5 individuals to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. I called, and like every time we have needed a place to stay, Chris was very helpful, and we were able to find a place that worked perfect. We needed to extend the stay an extra day and once again a quick call, and with the calendar clear for the property an extra day was arranged for in minutes. Beds downstairs were very hard and uncomfortable for me. Also small kitchen window needs a small privacy shade. Can see right into the next condo at night! Was not comfortable with that.
