What a great stay! The host was always willing to help and communication was fast. It was not exactly 4 bedrooms. It is 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa but we all fit and it was great. Beautifully decorated and a very convenient location. Nice area to walk the dog as well Would definitely ask to stay here again for any Atlanta trips!

This was a beautiful property and we loved it. I would have 5 starred the entire survey except we were greated with a 9 in. snake stuck to one of those pest strips and it wasn't dead!! I have a snake phobia, so I almost couldn't stay, but I am glad I looked the other way and went on in!! The other thing is most properties that I have stayed at had an ice maker and this one had a nice brand new refrigerator, but the ice maker was either turned off or didn't work. I was so looking forward to a cold margarita, but it was late, so we didn't get back out to get ice. I took my two grandsons and their girlfriends for a weekend of Braves games and we all enjoyed it so much! Thanks Nistha.

Disappointed

The ad was misleading. Houseis located in a very bad neighborhood that is under construction. Not a great experience at all! The add and decription of the house is very misleading!!!

THIS REVIEW IS A SCAM. This review is misleading and misrepresents my property. • The guest’s concerns were unreasonable, including an issue with the exterior paint color, which is clearly shown as dark green in the professional photos. She somehow expected it to be white. • My listing is 100% accurate with high-quality, professional photos. I have consistent 5-star reviews from all previous guests. • The property is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, close to popular areas like the Beltline, downtown, and midtown. • The guest mentioned nearby construction, but it is located 10 minutes away. It’s neither visible nor audible from the house; she simply drove by it on her way here, which is beyond my control. • I responded promptly to all her complaints, but certain requests, like changing the exterior color, were unrealistic. • Unfortunately, this guest was rude, uncooperative, and difficult to communicate with. I would not recommend hosting her in the future. She left the house in a complete mess and damaged several parts of my property. My property is a brand new luxuriously furnished property.
