When we noticed a slight problem with the iron, she immediately gave us a new iron to be used. Her customer service is good. I would recommend families to choose this place for their vacation stay. This is our first homestay and indeed we have a wonderful experience with the host ( Grace) for her hospitality at the HomeStay at Taman Bagan Lalang for family gathering . It is indeed a good news to hear from Grace that she is upgrading the house facilities gradually for the comfort of the guest, and we are indeed quite content with the house amenities (as advertised) that is well equipped and was also pleased we have the chance to use the new Smart TV. Satisfy with the cleanliness, no doubt the Air conditioner equipment is bit old, however it is maintain in good working condition. Staying in the homestay at Grace house really provide a feeling of home away from home. Hawkers food at Jalan Raja Uda can be reached at ease and quite near to Ong Cheng Huat seafood Restaurant, convenient. Thank you very much, we do enjoy staying in your house. You deserve our 5 star rating.

Owner-Grace really nice to us~homestay is situated at butterworth~ALOT of delicious food (breakfast,lunch,dinner,supper) there~~this is the reason we choose to stay there~don't worry about the distance between georgetown and butterworth~not far at all~by driving only 10min to 20min ~besides that~u can enjoy the sea view and sea breeze if u take ferry to georgetown!!~ ~Traveling at penang must choose to be guest of Grace!!!（everyday we overslept because it is too comfortable to us! haha) Grace's house is your best choice~Believe me! CHEAP AND BEST SERVICE~5 STARs to be rewarded

I'm Angelah from KL. Me and my family members, 15 adults and 4 kids stayed here for 1 night. It was a comfortable, spacious homestay. It was kept clean, cozy and tastefully furnished ams comes with free wifi. I would like to mention about the owner, Mrs Grace here, she was so caring, down to earth person and very friendly. As we have kids with us, i have requested additional beds. For my surprise, she has added 2 single beds in all the rooms which gave us comfortable sleep on that night. Kids were so happy playing with homestay toys and reading books from the homestay's mini library. Overall i would give this place a 5 rating and would certainly want to go back again and also would recommend to my friends and family.

Very clean and comfortable house! We traveled with 9paxs at first night and 7 night for second and third night. There are four room with air-con. Grace is very responsive and accommodating host. We had received a warm welcome, and never intrusive. I felt so lucky to found her house as my accommodation for my Butterworth trip.
