Cosy Brand New Near Penang Airport

Brand new apartment, 5 mins away from Penang airport. 3 rooms fully air-cond, and fully furnished can accommodate 8 persons.

Separate bathroom with water heater and toilet complete with shampoo, body wash and hand wash.

Area 700 sq ft consist of a living hall(with ceiling fan),3 rooms, kitchen and drying area with washing m/c.

Living hall comes with L shape sofa, 32" flat tv, and dining table. lightings - down lights and LED lighting.

Flooring with floor boards.For fresher and cleaner air for healthy living, we install a air Purifier with ioniser.

Kirchen comes with cabinets, rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge, dining plates, cups, wash basin complete with Glo and liquid hand wash etc.

Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom comes with queen size bed,wardrope and dressing table with hair dryer and ceiling fan.

3rd bedroom with single bed.

Drying area with washing m/c(complete with dynamo detergent) and hangers. We have iron and iron board for ironing cloths.

Our focus is cleanliness in our apartment.
Ample parking area with security service with 5 serviceable lifts to the apartment.

Location is within the vicinity of sg. Ara, Bayan Baru, FTZ, Teluk Kumbar and Batu Maung area, all within a distance of 5 to 10 mins drive.

Places of visit are the snake temple, Spice convention centre, Queensbay Mall,Pantai Hospital, Giant Hypermarket,Sunshine Square.

Please take note for durian lovers, the season will be around July 2017 and my place is about 15 mins to Balik Pulau.

Places of good food nearby are Cargas Nasi Melayu, Sg Tiram famous Seafood Porridge in the evening and morning breakfast of Roti Bakar and half boil eggs at the same venue.
My apartment has Free Wifi conected.

For those who need public transport, there is a bus stop exactly infront of my apartment.

The frequencies is every 15-20 mins and the bus will take you down town passing by Komtar and the Ferry terminal. Very convenient.

Fast food outlet like Mcdonald restaurant is nearby at Setia Triangle.

Please give ample time for check in and check out.
