I’ve stayed at a few properties at this complex and this was a really good one! Easy and smooth check-in, easy parking. Place was clean. I had an issue with the pellet stove and they were able to send someone out the next morning to repair it.I would definitely stay here again. I love being able to walk to the village from this location.

Nice unit, had all the expected cooking and eating utensils and is in a great location just a couple minutes walk from the village. We were in Mammoth for mountain biking and rode our bikes to the village and picked up our passes, then hit the trails on the mountain. Walked to dinner as well. Didn't drive the entire time we were there!

The facilities exceeded our expectations in several ways. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking utensils, pans, cups, glasses, etc. A dishwasher and garbage disposal are provided. The dining area provided seating for four and was in the kitchen area. The bathrooms were spotless and included towels and amenities. The bedroom featured a king size bed and was comfortable. Unexpected but appreciated was the pellet fireplace. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again. The parking was near the steps that led to the lower level location.

I enjoyed my stay in this Hidden Valley condo. It was clean and comfortable, super comfy bed. The location was quiet and tucked away from the tourist areas of Mammoth, yet close to the lakes basin (hiking) and shopping. The pool and hot tubs were a plus too. I would stay here again. The unit could use some updates and airing out, and some basics like salt and pepper and coffee to start out would be nice. Not a deal breaker though.

The place was clean, comfortable and had all of the essentials we needed. Check in and out procedures were clear and easy. Location is nice - close enough to easily walk to the brewery and up to the village but removed enough from the busy central to feel quiet! The actual unit was a little tricky to find at first, but we figured it out!
