The Space:
The house is situated between the Village and town. Visitors will find a short drive to the Village - great for anyone trying to ski or snowboard during the winter, and also for the summer concerts. In the opposite direction a short drive can take you to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Golfing, hiking, and biking are also conveniently nearby.
Entering into this Mammoth Lakes vacation home guests will find a spacious open floor plan. This common living space has a living room, kitchen, dining area, and sunny balcony. The living room has an ample amount of seating options between the sectional couch and smaller loveseat couch. The couch further assembles into a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. A fireplace and flat screen TV are available for your enjoyment. Light the fireplace on a chilly night and to set a cozy ambiance while you and your guests gather for a movie. The TV is equipped with a BluRay DVD player. There is also WIFI for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are tucked away handy for longer stays or for wet swimsuits after a dip in the hot tub.
A chef will love cooking their favorite dishes in here with updated black and stainless steel appliances. With plenty of counter space you can prepare yummy snacks and delicious meals. When dinner is ready to be served, the dining table has seating for 6. Access to the balcony is over here as well. Step outside to breathe in the crisp mountain air. The balcony features scenic views of the surrounding mountain and pine trees. Soak in the private hot tub – this is also the best spot to stargaze from at night.
Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV with a BluRay DVD player. One of the guest bedrooms is located on the main level of this vacation rental. This guest bedroom is suitable for accommodating the kids as there is an XL Twin over Queen bunk bed. You will also find a Twin trundle and attached guest bathroom. This guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Upstairs contains the master bedroom and second guest bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a stored Twin rollaway. The attached master bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom down the hallway similarly has a Queen-size bed and attached bathroom. The second guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo as well.
SPA NOTICE: Due to the possibility of accident or injury, Landlord, Owner and Agent prohibit children under the age of 18 from using hot tub. Tenant and its guests acknowledge that use of hot tub is at their own risk to injury and damage from the chemicals used to keep hot tubs sanitary which may cause fading in some swimsuits and some individuals may experience mild skin rashes; pregnant women and people with heart conditions or pace-makers are not allowed use of the hot tub and enter it at their own risk and agree to hold Landlord, Owner and Agent harmless.
PARKING READ CAREFULLY: Unit has a 2-car garage. Please park inside the garage or in the guest parking area. Do not park in the driveway in front of garage.
