The condo is on the second floor (really the third floor, as the ground level is parking) and has partial water views of the river. Minutes from beaches, Sanibel, downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral and the I-75 Expressway. Numerous restaurants and bars are very close by. A gorgeous swimming pool with two community grills and a small fitness center are steps away from your condo. Screened lanai with views of the pool and partial views of the river.
