This beautiful off water home was built in 2002 and newly renovated and furnished contemporary style in 2016. This is an ongoing process with updates yearly.

Also within walking distance are several banks, pubs, grocery store, liquor store, fast food establishments and drug store. Everything you need is within walking distance, short bike ride or drive.
Downtown Cape is 10 minutes and Fort Myers is across the bridge within 15 minutes.

What makes this property unique
Paradise Palm House was a diamond in the rough. We saw what it could be but also realized some of the things you can't change were perfect. Our location is amazing! We can walk to the marina, grocery store, local sports pub, drug store, bank or even have a great lobster. What's not to love? We renovated the home and created our own little paradise. We hope you decide to stay at "Paradise Palm" and create memories as wonderful as ours.
